4. ANNUAL  SALES BONUS: YOU WILL EARN 1% OF YOUR TOTAL MONTHLY SALES BONUS FOR THE YEAR UNDER CONSIDERATION. *** To qualify you must have earned monthly bonuses not less than 6 months.

5. TEAM BUILDING INCENTIVE: YOU EARN AN ANDROID PHONE WORTH N120 000 OR CASH EQUIVALENT.  ***To qualify you must have been a sales consultant for not less than six months and also  have 2 or more active aales consultants that have earned monthly bonuses not less than 3 months in the same year under consideration directly introduced to the company by you.

6.ALL ACTIVE SALES  CONSULTANTS FOR A MINIMUM OF SIX MONTHS IN THE YEAR UNDER CONSIDERATION  QUALIFY FOR ANNUAL COMPANY VACATION  AS ORGANISED AND DETERMINED BY THE COMPANY. *** NO MONETARY EQUIVALENT OR REFUND.
